Our Product
Our recBromelain product is produced based on recombinant DNA technology. With the assistance of genetically-modified (GM) bacterial system, the biologically active enzyme protein is produced via fermentation technology. Using this technology, our final product exhibits high enzyme activity (customizable up to i *0,**0 GDU/g) and better control of purity (up to >*0%) which is suitable for a wide range of applications. Despite the fact our enzyme is produced with the assistance of GM technology, the enzyme itself is not genetically modified and is separated from the host organism via purification stage. As a result, our recBromelain is considered GMO-free and generally regarded as safe.
